You are aware of how your movements relate to core control and your breath. Intermediate brings another level to your practise with full selection of exercises to keep challenging balance, co-ordination and control.
Proficient at Intermediate repertoire, you can progress to Advanced levels.
Increasing your endurance levels and pushing your technical capabilities further.
